Blank Billing and Payment field under Account

I noticed a month before my Adobe subscription ran its course, that I was unable to see anything under the 'Billing and payment' section of my Account. (See image.) Usually you would be able to see a button to 'Edit billing and payment' and a link to 'View billing history'.

 

After speaking with 3 different customer support individuals through the chat box, I have managed to get my previous credit card info removed so I can add a new one when I purchase a new plan, but I'm hesitant.

 

Will this bug be fixed? I don't trust the site if I cannot see, update or delete my payment information under my own effort.

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Services to Account, Payment, & Plan for you.

 

The topics go with the specific board you select. I've edited your post and chosen "Billing" for you.

It appears that you have an Enterprise account (it's checked). One possibility is that Enterprise accounts are not handled by individual users. Is the the situation for you?
