Blocked from purchasing Creative Cloud All Apps

Hi, I currently have the student photography plan and I am trying to upgrade to the student Creative Cloud All Apps so I can get Illustrator. However, it brings up the attached screen every time, trying to make me buy teams plans which I do not want to do.

 

What is the issue? Do I need to cancel my photography plan first or something?

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Yeah the unblocking pop-ups didn't reveal the chat function. I wonder if thats not an option in the UK for some reason?

 

I've also tried calling but they're only open Monday to Friday, 9-5.

I've also checked the FAQs and I don't have the 'change your plans' option on my account, but the FAQ doesn't give you any steps to solve this.

The support service here seems really limited and pretty poor honestly.
