Boa tarde! Recebi uma cobrança em meu cartão de crédito de uma assinatura com vocês que eu não fiz, eu selecionei a opção apenas dos dias grátis e vocês automaticamente colocaram uma assinatura que eu não fiz. Desejo o cancelamento da cobrança por gentileza.

    Delightful_friendship, thanks for posting your question about the unknown charge to your credit card to this public discussion forum.

     

    The only active membership under the account is managed by Apple. Please manage your memberships on your iOS or Apple device if you want to cancel the service you activated.  ^JW

    Certo, eu já fiz isso. Porém eu não fiz assinatura, vocês me cobraram sem eu assinar isso e eu quero o estorno na fatura do meu cartão.

    The 7-day free trial rolls into an annual plan if it is not cancelled within the 7 days. You didn't say whether or not you canceled.
