Thank you for posting, ​@frank salas! I can confirm that you previous request to have your account deleted was approved.

For future viewers you can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/manage-your-account/delete-adobe-account.html to request your account be deleted. Deletion is only available with no active subscriptions or pending transactions as posted by ​@kglad. Once those obligations are complete, you can then request that the account be deleted.

you can only delete your account if you have no subscription and no financial obligations to adobe.
