Bought Adobe Acrobat Standard. Can I use different adobe ID

So I bought several Adobe Acrobat Standard licenses from adobe product catalog, I have all the serial numbers emailed to me but my question is, I'm able to use the serials on different adobe IDs, right? Or are they registered to the adobe ID I purchased them from?

I bought licenses for my team hoping they can register the serial to their own account

You can, but you'd probably be better off getting a Teams subscription. If you register the serial number to a specific person and they leave the company, they take the subscription with them but you'll still be charged. Teams will let you add and drop people as needed.
