Hi, my problem is, I bought Adobe from Rakuten in Germany and now it doesn´t work. I paid it until Juni. I have to work with it now. Does somebody know, what the problem is? I got an email, that it was canceld. I did not canceld.

It was likely an illegal or unauthorized subscription that was sold to you and Adobe caught up to the seller and cancelled your subscription.
