Bought the photography plan a few hours ago, it won't let me on lightroom or anything, it's like I don't have it... Any advice ?

I have the same problem with Lightroom plan with 1tb. I signed up earlier but cannot access either Lightroom or Lightroom classic. It just says trial or buy.

Please tell us the exact name of the plan you purchased. It should be in the e-mail you received from Adobe shortly after you made the purchase.

Please go to account.adobe.com and log in with the exact e-mail address you used when you bought it. You will see the exact name of the product. This is what I see, I have the Photography Plan (20GB).
