Cancelling and deleting an Adobe user account is not something this user-to-user forum can do for you.  For security reasons, only you can cancel and/or delete your Adobe account.

If you want to delete the account and not just cancel your subscription then after following the instructions given by @John T Smith to cancel the subscription do the steps mentioned at the following link
