Question

Business and personal accounts on same computer

Is there any way to stop Adobe's nonsense login and logout of business and personal accounts to use software purchased with each? Is anyone at Adobe monitoring this community so they can understand how frustrating this process can be when working with only one computer for business and personal stuff?

Annick, thanks for your question. If you are using the business and personal membership on the same computer, you will always need to use the steps in https://adobe.ly/4agXXQW to choose between the accounts.

If you use your personal account on a different device or want to reduce confusion about which account to sign in under, please use a different e-mail address for your personal membership. You can find information on how to change the e-mail address associated with your personal account at https://adobe.ly/4gPC9y9. If you receive an error message that you can't change the e-mail address, then verify you logged in under your personal/individual account and not the account managed by an organization. ^JW

Jeffrey, thanks for the response, however I know how to log in and out, and I am using two different emails, so there is no confusion. My issue is not that I can't do it, the issue is that it makes no sense whatsoever to make me log in and out of my accounts when I am working on my personal photoshop elements and need to open a pdf document on my business acrobat. I have to do this mutliple times a day, and my business account also requires two factor authentication each time I log in. Do you realize how much time I have to waste because of this nonsense? Why can't Adobe come up with a solution? I also wonder what is going to happen if by mistake I am logged on to my personal account but need to work on a pdf file when I am offline (I fly a lot, and hope to be able to work on flights). I just don't understand how this makes sense from a customer service point of view. I mean, I did pay for licenses - I should be able to use them effectively. This is extremely frustrating.
