Buying license from Germany Webpage and use It in Colombia

Hello I want to buy the license of Premire Elements for my brother residing in Colombia, but I'm located in Germany is it possible to buy it here in Germany and to use it on his PC in Colombia?

 

A little bit more of context: When he tries to buy in Colombia it ask to go to reseller and it's a little bit of a trouble.

    Let me maybe suggest something and you could tell me if possible.

    I buy the license here in Germany, I install it on my pc and since the license according to the Adobe forum can be used in two computers he can login in to my account to use it?

    Is this correct?

    Is the Premire Elements license attached to your account? or How does it work?

    No... you are not allowed to share a license

    Cloud License allows 2 activations at a time http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html
    -you may use on ONE computer at a time, and you may NOT share your subscription

      it's a mistake to purchase adobe cc dfot someone else.  send them the money or some gift card that can be used to purchase a subscription.

      THat would be the easiest, but When we click on buy the license in Colombia it does not let us and ask to go to a retailer (And they dont sell them online)

        As far as I know buying direct from Adobe is only by download, so I don't think direct from Adobe is possible (when you buy direct from Adobe you do not download the entire program... I have been told that you download an installer that you run to get the program installed on your computer)

         

        You MAY be able to buy the disc version from Amazon and mail it to him, but I do not know if what you buy on Amazon will have a region coding that will prohibit him from using it in a different country
