Buying XD

You should be able to subscribe to Adobe XD directly from Adobe:

[look for "Change Region" in the bottom left]

Armenia is listed amongst the 80+ countries where customers can buy direct,  without needing any reseller or other vendor:

You can't buy Adobe XD. It's only available as subscription software. So maybe some one sold you a not so legal version, pretending it was a legitimate license ? And what do you mean by "list of region" ?
