Cambio al plan fotográfico de pago anual

Hola, tengo el Plan fotográfico (20 Gb) de pago mensual y Adobe me dice que deja de funcionar, pero que puedo cambiarme al mismo plan pero con pago anual , para dejar el precio que tenía hasta ahora. Sigo los pasos para hacer el cambio y llega un momento que da error y no deja continuar. Alguna ayuda ? Gracias
