Can adobe refund a student in need?

Hello. I would like to request a refund for my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. My free trial ended without me realizing it, and I was automatically charged. I am a student, and I urgently need the money to pay my school fees. I have little to no use for the subscription at this time.

I completely understand your policy, but I would sincerely appreciate it if you could consider a one-time exception and issue a refund. I am willing to cancel the subscription immediately if needed.

Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and any assistance you can provide.

A refund takes up to 14 days and is automatic if you cancel in no more than 14 days of a trial
After 14 days a trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund when you cancel
Only you may cancel... To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

-be sure to keep the verification email you will receive when you cancel

    For future needs:

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and will read PDFs.
You don’t need Acrobat Pro to read PDFs.
