Can i add a pakistani number to my adobe account as it always says to try again and don't get to next page to verify my mobile number by otp. it says "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.". How could i solve this?

Can i add a Pakistani number to my adobe account as it always says to try again and don't get to next page to verify my mobile number by OTP. it says "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.". How could i solve this? I also tried incognito mode and contacted to help support agent also but my issue is not solved yet.
