Can i decrease the plan price by cancelling some apps?

I use Creative Cloud all apps 100gb and it has a price of 1387 Turkish Liras (approximately 40 USD). Is there a chance I can decrease the price of my pay by cancelling some apps in the plan that i don't need to use? Or is there a more cost-efficient way like only paying for apps that i need or buying them as a pack to pay less? Thanks.

It's kind of like eating at an all you can eat buffet.

You can't get a discount if you don't eat some of the items.

If you use three or more apps, the "All" apps plan is the best deal.

if you use only lightroom and photoshop, there's a less expensive (photography) plan. if you use more than 2 other apps, there isn't.
