I have been paying Adobe for many months without an active subscription!! I demand a reimbursement of the illegal and unauthorised transactions. It is scandalous!!

    No, ​@jane-e most of the responses were to old discussions and thread management on this new platform is extremely limited. 


    @katrienreynders please use this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions about locating the account with your active subscription. You will need to be logged in under the account with the active subscription, if you want to end your commitment to Adobe.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to identify the account with your active commitment to Adobe. You will need to log in under the account that is receiving the service if you want to cancel your subscription.

    if you don’t see an active subscription there use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to make sure you’re checking the correct account.
