Can I get a refund for a subscription I did not know I had?
Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone can help point me in the right direction to contact Adobe Support and request a refund of Adobe Acrobat Pro. I downloaded the service for a free trial in March 2020 and canceled the service to the best of my knowledge. Typically I would doubt whether I actually canceled the service, but I clearly remember canceling the service after using it one time. However, a few days ago I discovered that I am still being billed monthly for the service, adding up to hundreds of dollars in billing. I checked through my email and noted that Adobe has not been notifying me of these billings every month, so I had no way of knowing I was still on the service. Is there any way I can get a refund of this money, and does anyone know how to best contact Adobe Customer Support to get this issue resolved? Thanks.
