Hello, I subscribed to a free trial and forgot to cancel it, when the time that I want to cancel it there is no cancellation option in my account. Yesterday I was billed for the monthly subscription. Can I request a refund for this?

I can confirm what Bani stated that your subscription was cancelled on December 10th.
