Hi there,

You guys are charging my credit card even after I have contacted you to cancel my subscription.

I did a trial period to pass an excell sheet to a pdf and it poorly did the job. I wish to cancel my subscription. I went to manage subscription and cancel, you guys are chargin my credit card and it is impossible to get a straight contact option for your company.

Please contact me ASAP!

Default, to add to the helpful responses from Test Screen Name and Manan Joshi, please make sure that you are logging in with the e-mail address associated with the Adobe service you are attempting to cancel.  There are no active memberships assigned to the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

You can use https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen to begin a secure chat session. If the window fails to open or is unresponsive, please use a different device to begin the chat interaction.

Warning, posts like this one attract criminals.  Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @17309390, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

Do NOT respond to any private messages, or anything that doesn't link to an actual page on adobe.com.
