Can I use an "Individual" subscription for my Company (VAT included on invoices)

I'm looking at the Photo plan of 12 euro per month, I only need PS and LR, when selecting business I only see the option to have all the creative cloud apps.

Can I, as a business go for the individual plan, and receive invoices with my VAT number and company name included?
