Can not quit subscription

Hi, I want to quit my Subscription for the photo bundle. In the overview I see the subscription but it is not shown in the "subscriptions and payment" section so I do not have any options in order to change it. I want to contact the support but I can not find a way to do that. I am really desperate. Adobe charges money monthly and I do not have the option to stop it!

Did you see my uploaded pictures? It does not appear in "plans and payment"

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

you're not seeing the option to cancel (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/manage-cc-individual-membership.html) because you would incur a penalty (1/2 the cost of the remaining months of your 1 year subscription) for early cancellation.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
