Hi everyone,

For some time now I have not been able to use the programmes, there are no active plans in my account, but I am being charged anyway. Can anyone tell me why? Thank you very much!

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

if no subscriptions, start here, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

if you still don't recognize the charges, contact your credit card issuer and report fraud.

Hi kglad, thank you for your reply.

My account does not show any active plans at the moment and that is the problem.
Unfortunately, the link (helpx.adobe) you sent me has no answer to my problem.

To be precise, the issue is this: I own a regular license for Adobe InDesign which I use for work. I bought an annual subscription and pay an installment each month regularly. A few days ago, at the end of May, when I tried to use InDesign, the program all of a sudden automatically closed the session and asked me to buy a plan (or do the free trial). But, as I said, I am already paying for an annual subscription! Just today I paid the June installment (and on May 5th I paid the May installment). In short, the service was stopped suddenly and I would like to understand why and how to solve it. Thank you very much!
