Can't activate my Lightroom license, due to wrong country

I just bought a license for Lightroom, from your.software. Before buying I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and those are very good. 

I got the license code from them, and can not activate it in my Adobe account. 

I am in Romania, and my Adobe account is as well set to Romania. 

But I don't know to which country the license is assigned. The Company your.software is in the Netherlands. I tried to switch my country to the netherlands, but this also did not work.
