can't add my phone number

I just made an adobe account few days ago and I am trying to add phone number so I can start uploading Stocks but I can’t add my phone number, it says “An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later”. I have tried it for 3 days and I still get that error. I have tried VPN, tried on my phone through Safari but I still can’t add it.

I was facing the same issue finaly fixed for me, i just enter the number and then click out side the field of number then there is green tick in the phone number a wait for 5 second and then click on the submit button then this works for me, not sure is this bug or another issue, pleade try this and if this work for you then please reply me, thank you.

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

He didn’t mention how he solved the problem, the solution is just he suddenly managed to add his phone number the next day or so. Also how do I contact Adobe support?
