Can't cancel account and just been billed

There's no option to cancel the account in the membership settings.

The advice online is to contact support - but the only option available was the forum.

I also then couldn't find a forum for addressing this issue.

I've just been billed and there's no option to cancel or contact support.

I've been trying to cancel Adobe Subscriptions for 3-4 months. I Cancelled my Adobe subscriptions at least four times. I have screen shots of the cancellations, yet I continue to receive ADOBE charges on my credit card, I CANNOT reach anyone to discuss the issue. AI Support available on the Adobe Website does NOT provide a link to live support. 

In addition, Adobe charges a cancellation fee. I've NEVER been charged a Cancellation fee!  The fee is greedy & ridiculous. 

 

I will be contacting senior management at Adobe with these complaints, however I REFUSE to pay for CANCELLED Subscriptions.

Hi Jeffrey

Please check that you are signed in with the Adobe ID used when you signed up for the subscription.

You should then be able to cancel from your account management page:
