Can't cancel my plan

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months but can't due to a "billing issue" making me unable to change my plan and cancel. Yet the payment still goes through every month after a couple of tires but the billing issue remains. I've tried to wait the 30 days for it to cancel by itself since I get multiple emails saying the payment won't go through, but after a couple of tries I get billed but still no way to cancel. I just want to cancel my plan.

experiencing the same thing i want to cancel my plan or delete my account but i cant because of that billing issue need help
