Can't cancel my Premiere Pro free Trial

Hello,

I started a free trial of Premiere Pro, and I have 2 days left in the free trial. I have been trying to cancel it, but every time I try I get an error "Unable to load data, An error occurred. Please try again later". I already tried using different browsers and devices.

I need my trial to be cancelled before I'm charged. Who can help me with this?
