I can see that your Adobe Standard plan has been active for 10 days. The reason you're unable to cancel the plan is that the free trial has already converted into a paid subscription, and there are currently pending dues on the account.
Adobe offers a full refund if the subscription is cancelled within the first 14 days. Since you're still within this window, you can follow the steps below to proceed:
First, clear any pending dues so the plan status is updated:
Retry a failed or missed payment
Once the dues are cleared, cancel the plan using the same steps:
Manage or cancel your subscription
After cancellation, please check your email for the confirmation.
Once the cancellation is successfully completed within the 14 day window, the refund will be automatically initiated and typically processed within 12 to 14 days.
Please make sure to complete this process within the next 4 days to remain eligible for the refund.
