Can't cancel my subscription
Hi,
let me beginn by raging about how dumb adobs customer support page is. You click contact --> "talk to a real human" and get redirected to the first step pages. What a joke.
When I try to cancel my subscription my creative cloud tells me that there is a problem with my payment (although all payments went through) and I need to update the payment method before changing my subscription. Once I updated it, the manage subscription button disappears. When I refresh the page it tells me again that there is an issue with the payment and the loop begins.
Anyone experienced this before? Is there any other way to cancel this subscription?
