Can’t cancel my subscription

I tried to cancel my subscription for few times and I couldn't because the cancellation tab won't work and keeps buffering.

is that means I stuck?

I'm sorry to hear you are unable to cancel your plan. We are unable to assist on the forums, because we do not have access to records. Only Adobe Customer Care can assist.

You might also try canceling again yourself (just in case);

If you have an annual plan and are cancelling early, there is a fee for early cancellation.

 

I've moved your post to Account, Payment, & Plan, where another volunteer is likely to repeat everything I have said.

that's obvious and irrelevant.  and you're addressing something that's more than 1.5 years old.

 

anyway, to help your understand: i was addressing the op because you need to use a browser to cancel your subscription.

you could try another browser, but i wouldn't spend much time looking for alternatives.  just contact support per above if you have another browser already installed and it fails, too.
