can t cancel payments
i started a free trial for students and teachers and by the time the trial ended, i decided that it was not at all what i wanted (i think it was called creative cloud, i dont really know how it works since i dont really work in digital). Ofc they took my money after that but that was not the problem since it was my fault. The thing is that i went and tried to cancel the plan or subscription but there is no active plan, neither a facturation email or anything that tells me that i have any reason to pay. I just went ahead and blocked adobe from my card thinking that they will not be able to continue payments, but they just took my money the second time yesterday so ig that didnt work out. im just trying to get a refund for the last month and cancel everything but idk from where. can somebody help me? thank you
