Can't cancel photoshop subscription due to website being updated.

Hello. I've been trying to cancel my photoshop subscription - I went too fast and what I actually needed was the whole adobe suite, but now I have both and I can't cancel it since the website seems to be undergoing maintenance or something. It's also preventing me from getting receipts, which I need for my employer.

Any ideas of how long this will take? Thanks.
