Can't cancel plan

Hello all, I've been trying to cancel my plan for creative cloud but there's no cancellation button anywhere. The account is on my school email but I'm paying for it and I just can't find anyway to cancel it on my account pages. The option just doesn't show up. This is extremely frustrating as I have no more use for it but I can't cancel. I'm paying for the annua plan but I'm willing to pay the cancellation fee for it to just go away.

    To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-creative-cloud-subscription.html
    -or Chat link https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI

    Hi @rose_6396,

We appreciate you keeping the thread updated. I can see that you have successfully cancelled your subsription to Adobe Acrobat using the articles shared by the expert above.

We hope you change your decision and give a try to other Adobe applications as well. You can check the plans and pricing here: https://adobe.ly/3EfYWW5

Let me know if you have any questions.

I've moved this from the poorly named Community Help forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Get Started forum so that proper help can be offered.
