Can't cancel plan dispite not recieving the renewal notice email

Hi Adobe Support Community,

My plan has gone up from £33.34 to £49.94 without any warning, I was told I should have been sent a plan renewal notice (email) telling me of the price increase, which I didn't recieve... but I can't now cancel the plan without a penalty, this doesn't seem right or legal for that matter.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

It is common for Adobe to offer the 1st year at a discount... and the terms you agreed to when you purchased say that the subscription has an automatic renew if you don't cancel during your 12th month

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription...
