Can't Cancel Plan Even after 3 days are over!

I've been paying for adobe animate since Jan 1st but I don't use it so I've been trying to cancel it. EVERY time i let it get to the 3 day mark and go to adobe it throws a payment error and forces me to fix it before i can do anything

I dont want to do anything. i want to cancel this stupid plan and im not paying $100 because i chose the "annual plan, paid monthly" when that was the only plan shown to me (and still shown to me when I go to "find a better plan") for animate that was under $100

We confirm that you have fixed the pending payment on your account following the expert's advice above. You can proceed with the cancellation, however it is important to understand that since this is an annual subscription you may be imposed some early termination fees.
