Can't cancel subscription

Hi,

I am getting a little frustrated here. I started a free 7 day trial for Adobe Illustrator. I have decided to cancel the subscription (with 2 days trial period left) but your website won't let me. When I choose to cancel my subscription, I need to login again but the 'Continue' button keeps loading and I cannot press it (see screenshot attached).

I can't find your chat option or phone number anywhere so I am not sure how to contact anyone for help.

Because I have been messing around for an hour or 2 looking for a solution or some way to contact you, I can no longer login becouse my account is locked for trying to login to many times.

What I want to do is at least here officially let you know that I want to cancel my subscription and I would like for someone to help me get some confirmation that this has happened.

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Robin

these are user forums.  so, do contact adobe support asap to record your effort to cancel. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
