Can't cancel subscription

Hello, can someone please help me? I have a free trial version and would like to cancel it before the end of the trial period. Unfortunately, I can't access the plans where I would cancel it, and the AI assistant doesn't work either. Do you know how to proceed, because I really don't want to pay for a service I don't use and I am prevented from canceling it. Does anyone have an email address for someone from support, a real person?

You need to go to your account. Which for some reason is not coming up for me right now - I get a message that Unable to load plans - is that what you are experiencing? Servers are down... when do you need to cancel by? Probably down due the Amazon AWS outages.

Yes, it's exactly the same for me. You're probably right about AWS, I was also interested in that.
I have to cancel it by October 21, 2025, at the latest.

Hopefully it will get fixed and up and running soon. I'm sure it's stressing you out a bit. Hang in there and try again tonight.
