I'm trying to cancel two subscription plans: Creative Cloud Pro and Substance 3D Texturing. But when I click “Cancel Subscription,” it gets stuck in an endless loading loop - this happens every time I try to cancel. I've tried on other days, but nothing works. How can I cancel my subscription if I no longer want to use it?
