Can't cancel trial

I followed the steps to manage my plan in order to cancel a trial for Firefly, but when I click on my plan there is no scroll down for all the apps. I tried two different browsers (on a PC). Any ideas?

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

but be aware, there are problems on adobe's end that may require a retry in a few hours.
