I have been to this page at least 30 times.  There is not place to change your credit card information on this page and Chat isn't available. on this page either.

You must log-in to your Adobe account with your email (ID) and password at link below.

https://accounts.adobe.com/

Click on Manage Plans

Under Plan and Payment, click on Manage Payment button.

Thank you Nancy, I did log in (several times). But there is no Manage Plan on my Account Page. There is a button for Plan so I clicked on it and from there I was just sent in a circle back to the My Account. The page that says Change Credit Card Information goes to Services which is just more circles. The only icon I found that said Chat was void. It didn’t go any place.

When I get over being mad, I’ll try again but I expect I will have to contact service by telephone to resolve this problem. The Adobe software is awesome. The Adobe website is a nightmare.

The link that you have give only brings me to a FAQ. I cannot reach any live person to help at that link.

I have Adobe CC individual plan.

Could that be the reason?

Are people with individual plans not supposed to get live help?

This might seem silly, but you're sure that credit card is active? Have you tried calling your credit card company to see if they are blocking the charge?

Thank you! You were right. It is new card I received today, so it hasn't been activated yet. I entered another card and it was accepted! Thanks again. I appreciate!
