Can't change/ remove tax ID and therefore not subscribe to new plan
Hi,
I can't change or remove the voluntary tax ID field when buying a new plan. I've changed countries a few months ago, and the format of the old country where I lived doesn't match the new one. So when I update the country field, and try to check out, I get an error message due to "invalid format".
I've spoken to support for hours by now. They always circle back to a mobile subscription being active (and having failed payments). The mobile subscription has in fact been cancelled 2 months ago via the Apple Store. Apple support confirmed its not longer active. When I go into the app on my phone, I'm asked to purchase a pro plan. There's not a single thing that points to the plan being active. Payments have never failed.
I was first told it would fully be deactivated by Adobe support on August 21st. Today I spoke with them again, and they keep referring to the mobile plan being active, and being deactivated now on September 21st. They don't react to the mentioning of the discrepancy in their statements nor the fact that the plan is in fact deactivated.
Any help on how to deal with this would be really appreciated. I have over 5k photos in my account, exporting and reimporting isnt really an option because a lot of them I only have on the mobile plan (meaning exporting edits wouldnt be possible).
