Can't find plan or invoice but still paying
Hi I have an Adobe enterprise plan through university but required adobe acrobat for something so I got the 7 day free trial under my uni email. It worked for a day but then the plan disappeared from my page, and after the 7 days I still got charged with no invoice or anything. When I try to get help to cancel it says I need to contact my administrator which I can't since uni isn't back, and I really want to avoid paying the whole year subscription.
