Can't find Substance Painter Plan on Adobe for Teams Account

Hi all,

I have an Adobe for Teams account but also purchased the Substance 3D Texturing plan on the same account but using my own paypal account, not through my workplace. However, I can't see the license/subscription anywhere but have both email and paypal receipts, should the workplace have purchased this instead/can I get a refund for this?

You can't mix teams and personal plans. You either need to switch to your personal account or you need to have your company acquiring the licence through the admin console or via your reseller.

If you want to cancel you can do so by going to account.adobe.com/plans where you can manage your plan. I will, however need to check this for my teams account.

A different option to cancel is via Adobe customer care. Please note that there are several customer care teams available, so the ones taking care of the individual users is needed for your individual plan. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

The teams support may be reached via the adminconsole. That needs to be done by an administrator of your teams subscription.
