Can't get a refund because of billing problems yet got charged for a subscription

Hi, I remember cancelling my subscription after the free trial period for an adobe acrobat pro account, but as it stands, it seems like my subscription wasn’t cancelled and now I got charged for the subscription price. The problem is, I can’t cancel my subscription through the admin console as my account is flagged for a billing issue despite the charge being recognized by the system. I really need this refund, please answer as soon as possible

    you have to fix billing problems before you can cancel, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    then make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    @quirky_beauty663b

    refunds are automatic (if you qualify) and take up to 14 days to complete.

    meanwhile, double check your account to confirm everything is cancelled, https://account.adobe.com
