Can't get access to my photoshop

I downloaded the Photoshop update this morning, and now I can’t access Photoshop. It says I need to buy it, but I’ve already paid for a full-year plan in March 2025. Also, when I sign in to my account, it keeps saying “Don’t know region.” Is anyone else having the same problem?
