Can't get through to human agent

I'm having an issue with billing in regards to a subscription, I have multiple unkown charges and when I try to cancel my plan it says I must pay €134! I tried the virtual help and asked to speak to an agent, I waited about 20 mins as it said it was busy so there was a delaye, then the chat just ended without me even speaking to an agent. It seems impossible to get in contact with someone to solve this issue.

Thank you for your response, I have an active subscription but when I try
to cancel it’s charging me €134 what I’m looking for is a human to speak
to. Can you advise me on how I can go about this?
