Can't install substance Painter even though I'm Student

Hello,

I'm getting an issue while installing Substance Painter on my computer. I'm eligible to get it for free and I already downloaded it several months ago. But I took a creative cloud subscription and can no longer download it.

It seems that my subscription """erase""" my eligibility. When I try to download it, it asks me if I want to try or buy it.

You might wonder why I want to download it again if it's already on my computer... the reason is that the latest update isn't showing up when I'm looking for updates on the application.

And last but not least, I can't find anywhere how to contact Adobe, any support, anything ...?
