Can't Purchase Adobe xd single user plan

i want purchase adobe xd but in my region ( cambodia ) can't purchase this plan and i has been contact to resller ready but no body can purchase it only buy full all apps only do you have any solution because it want share y work to my client .

i has been try contact to my friend at Canada his say no longer purchase Adobe xd

    you can only purchase (from adobe) what adobe makes available in your country.  https://creative.adobe.com/plans
