Can't restore lightroom subscription on Samsung

Hi,

I've been using lightroom for over a year now, and my credit card expired on 1 Aug, and I resubscribed with a new card on 3 Aug but my lightroom app does not recognize the new subscription. I have not been able to access any premium features and my work is severely impacted.

I have been accessing Adobe support since 3 Aug, as well as Samsung support, talking to agents and on the phone for HOURS and no one can seem to help. Adobe says Samsung needs to fix it, and Samsung says Adobe needs to fix it. This is super frustrating and the money is off my account but Adobe can't seem to find the purchase and Samsung has no involvement in refunds of third party apps.

If there is anyone that can assist that isn't just reading off a script, that would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. I deleted lightroom and adjusted my location as per @kglad , then reinstalled it with google play and I was able to resubscribe. I am technically still out of 1 months fees since I had to pay separately on google play, but at least I can work for now. Thanks!

Hi @i33547836e3yx! Thank you for reaching out! I've reviewed your account used for the community, and there is a subscription managed by the Samsung store that has been cancelled/inactive for a couple of days.
You can try to use the same email ID used in the Samsung store to subscribe from the Google Play Store.

Thanks!

is this a subscription made via a mobile app store?

Yes, through the Samsung Galaxy Store. I was subscribed there for over a year until my credit card expired.

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails AND your account shows a subscription , proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
