Can't see plan under manage plan and can't cancel the plan so it's keep charging my money

Hi there,
I accidently use my university email account for free trial where I leave my payment details. Now my university account has expired and I can't log into my university email. I can't cancel it after the free trial as there is no plan in my account and I can't even find my payment details and cancel it so it's keeping deducting my money. Also I can't contact any support from Abode as it keeps asking me to contact my administrator for help (which I don't have). Can you please help me to cancel my plan under this account? as I don't have access to my university email now. It would be much apprepriated if you can also refund the membership fee. Thanks
